








5 cawan cendawan butang segar
sedikit isi ayam dicincang (resipi asal guna 11/2 cawan stok ayam)
1/2 cawan bawang cincang
1/8 sdt thyme kering
3 sdb mentega
3 sdb tepung gandum (kalau tak cukup pekat boleh tambah lagi)
garam & perisa
serbuk lada hitam
1 cawan half-and-half (saya gunakan 1/2 cawan susu segar + 1/2 cawan whip cream)
Cara Membuat:-
FOR THE CHOCOLATE MERINGUE BASE: | ||||||||

300g caster sugar(i reduced to 200mg) | ||||||||
3 tablespoons cocoa powder, sieved | ||||||||
1 teaspoon balsamic or white vinegar | ||||||||
50g dark chocolate, finely chopped | ||||||||
FOR THE TOPPING: | ||||||||
500ml double cream/whipped cream | ||||||||
500g raspberries (i used strawberries or u can use other freshfruits eg peaches,mangos,kiwi..) | ||||||||
