Hollaaaaaa..pn.doc dh stat mengukis pulak dah! jgn marah ek..bulan puasa pun lom menjelma tp semangat mengukis sudah mariiii..hehe! bukan apa ni sebenornye keje si sri la tuh..bila ibunye xde kt umah..rupanye dia dh memandai pukul egg whites ngan gula kengkonon nk wat krim taruh atas muffin (beli kt kedai punyer)..bila ibu balik umah terkejut beruk tgk anak daranye dh pukul putih telur tu sampai kembang..elok lak naik gebu putih telur tuh..uish pandai gak anak ibu nih..hehe! pastu tu dia terus nk lepa putih telur tu atas muffin..ishish mana leh taruh putih telur wat krim cenggitu jek kan..jd pikir punyer pikir sbb xnak membazir putih telur tu kan..ibu pun terus pi beli cornflakes wat meringue cornflakes cookies pulak..huhuu! legaa..mmg kukis ni lak feveret bebudak kt umah nih..sedap tau! setiap kali raya wajib buat punyer..resipi dh ada sebelum nih kt sini tp kita copy balik ye..jom zaass!!
RESIPI CORNFLAKES MERINGUE COOKIES

RESIPI CORNFLAKES MERINGUE COOKIES

Bahan2:
- 220gm Cornflakes
- 125gm Choc Chips
- 150gm Gula Halus (kalau tak mau manis kurangkan kpd 130gm)
- 3 Biji Putih Telur
- 1-2 Sth Vanilla Esen
- 60gm Almond Sliced
Cara-cara:
- Pukul putih telur hingga kembang (soft peaks formed)
- Masukkan gula sikit2 hingga habis
- Pukul lagi hingga pekat dan kental - Bila terbalikkan mangkuk, putih telur tak jatuh.Lalu masukkan esen vanilla.
- Kemudian masukkan cornflakes, choc chips & almond sliced. Gaul kaup balik hingga rata.
- Masukkan ke dalam papercup. Bakar pada suhu 140-150'C selama 30-35 minit. (Ataupun hingga kekuning2an)
