Banana Muffin with Chocolate Chips

hehe..pisang lagik..jangan mare ye..ni kes nak perabih kan stok pisang la pulak sebelum ia kecutmecut x leh makan!
okay..lagi sekali i menggunakan resepi chefwan..bukan apa dh banyak resepi chefwan yg i try and semenye menjadi walaupn kekadang kena adjust sesikit resepinye itew..



so kita lihat resepinya...

RESEPI BANANA MUFFIN WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Bahan2:


1 1/2 caw tepung gandum
1 caw pisang emas lenyek

1 caw brown sugar

1/2 caw butter

1 biji telur size A

1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate

2 sudu besar air panas (tapi i guna susu sejuk je...okay gak menjadi)

sedikit garam

esen vanilla

1/4 caw chocolate chips(extra boleh tabur atas muffin sebelum bakar tp memandangkan c/chips kt umah dah tinggal sikit..i perabih masukkan dalam adunan je)


cara:
pukul butter n brown sugar sampai kembang.then masukkan telur.pukul sebati kemudian masukkan soda dan airpanas then kacau lagi.lepas tu masukkan pisang, esen vanilla, garam dan terakhir tepung(yg telah diayak).gaul sekejap aje bagi sebati. masukkan dalam bekas muffin dan bakar dlm preheated oven 180 c selama 15-20 minit.

Salam Inahar, found you at drNO's. Am attracted to your banana muffins. I love it and so do my kids. I've been looking for the recipe but too many when I google, do not know which one is good. The one you have here looks convincingly delicious. Minta permisi to copy paste, boleh? Tq so much in advance. :-)

sabtu lepas Chef Wan wat jualan buku kat amcorp mall tuk tabung utusan palestine (klu tak silap).ruginya sy terlepas...klu tak for sure grap one book dr dia.& xmo lepas peluang gak si 'peah' ni tangkap gambo ngan 'pak sood' tu heeee

fizanordin..janganla putus harap ngan whip cream tu..rugi oo nnti xleh wat deco cake..dulu akak pun cam fiza gak..lg teruk terbeli whip cream yg wat masakan tu..alaa slalu jual letak kt rack petisejuk biasa tu bukan kt freezer tu..mana kita tau ada 2 jenis whip cream..klu utk kek kena beli yg sejukbeku tu..adoyai!patutla akak putar x naik2 dok cair cam susu je..wat malu betul!

saya memula minat buat kek & roti ni pun sejak dok tengok recipe and baca travelog dia dlm Jelita back in 1990's. Suka sbb dia ajar macam2.. especially nak mengenal characteristic tepung, tabiat yis & ingredients yg sesuai utk roti. Mmg best dia ni. I siap pernah tulis entri pasal dia dlm my blog. Last week ingat nak tulis lagi.. tengah cari idea nih..
