KUAH KACANG DAGING
RESIPI KUAH KACANG DAGING
bahan2:
500-800 gm daging, di potong kiub kecil & rebus hingga sedikit empuk
1 kg kacang tumbuk
3-4 biji bawang besar (blend)
1 ulas bwg putih (x taruh pn x pe)
3 inci halia (separuh blend,separuh ketuk)
10-14 batang serai (serai mesti bnyk,klu x rasa dan bau kuahnya x naik..hendaklah di blend 5 btg, selebihnya diketuk shj)
5 sudu besar cili giling (ikut kepedasan di sukai)
lengkuas sikit aje (klu x ada pn x pe)
3 keping asam keping
11/2-2 biji kelapa utk santannya(klu pakai santan peket guna 2 paket)
gula (blh campur dgn gula melaka..amaun gula mestilah banyak klu x mmg kureng rasanya..selalu akak main campak aje..agak2 lbhkurang 6-7 genggam jugaklah @ lbhkurang 3 senduk nasi kot!.)
garam secukup rasa
serbukperisa (option)
air
minyak utk menumis
cara masaknya mcm biasa tumis bhn2 yg di blend sekali ngan halia,serai ketuk then letak cili..tumis smpi garing..lepas tulah bolehlah dimasukkan kacang,santan,daging, asam keping..last sekali garam,gula..masak sampai mendidih..klu pekat sgt tambahlah air..
rasa kuah ni berbeza sikit dr kuah kacng biasa sbb penggunaan serai yg banyak,tambahan daging dan garamgula nya kenalah ngam amaunnye..he..he.
kuah ni mmg sedap di makan ngan ketupat nasi/nasi impit..nk campur kuah lontong/kuah lodeh sekali pn mmg sesuai sgt..

CUSTARD APPLE PIE
Salam seme..yahuuu..arini dah tertunailah keinginan nak makan apple pie yg dok nmpak berkali2 kt umah alongroz tu! memang yummyyy..sesangat!! my hubby pun suka kemain..
thanx a lot along for this delicious recipe..pasni mesti nak wat lagi!! resipi i cnp je dr umah along ek..cayaaang along!!
RESIPI CUSTARD APPLE PIE
resipi asal - alongroz
sumber - inahar's cooking time
BASE PASTRY:
250g Flour
125g cold Butter
3 tbsp Castor Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1-3 tbsp Water
1. Mix the first three ingredients using cut & mix method to produce breadcrumbs like. You can use food processor or do it manually using blunt dinner knife to do so. Make sure you do this quickly before butter is melt to ensure crispy pastry. Don't worry if there are butter bits, you must not knead before adding egg & water.
2. Add in egg yolk & mix with finger and if a dough is not formed, add water a tbsp at a time until a ball of dough is formed.
3. Chill it for 20 minutes and then line the pie tin.
FILLING:
6-8 Red Apples (depending on the size of the apples & size of your tin)- i used green apple
1-2 tbsp Sugar for sprinkling
2 Eggs
½ cup Caster Sugar
1 tin (170ml) Nestle Cream - i replaced with f&N evaporated creamer! (xtau nk cari nestle cream kat mana..hehe!
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
METHOD:
1. Peel, halved, cored and sliced apples 3/4 through - see the picture above.
Arrange apples onto the prepared pastry base.
Sprinkle sugar & bake 200C for 20 minutes.
2. Beat eggs and sugar until well mixed.
Add in cream and beat to just mix.
Add in vanilla essence.
Pour onto baked apples.
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until custard is set.(i had to bake for 30 minute maybe dt my oven)
Cool & chill.
3. Produce one 10-11 inch diameter pie.

lepas ni korang janganla boring lak ek bila mai sini asik2 menu roti je..hahaha..cam owg gila talak lak ek!! okayle chow dulu nk bersiap pi keje...bye!!
Menu orang sakit...
memandangkan kt umah ni hampir semenye x sihat..kita pun masak menu sesuai utk owg sakit ler..apalagi sup ayam ler disamping tambahan sayur kailan goreng ikan masin dan telur dadar..

KAD DARI SUZI LAGI....

CREAM PUFF KASTAD JAGUNG
Ni lak cream puff kastad berjagung..resipi dh pernah letak cuma i ganti intinye dgn kastad berjagung. tp sebab i rajin xpela i letak gak resipinye kay! link resipi sebelum nih adalah disini.
RESIPI CREAM PUFF KASTAD BERJAGUNG
Bahan2: (untuk pastri)
100 gm butter
200 ml air
1/4 suduteh garam
120 gm tepung gandum
3 biji telur
Bahan-bahan krim jagung :
1 cawan air
½ cawan susu cair
1 cawan jagung dalam tin
½ cawan tepung kastad
5 sudu besar gula
Cara:
puff
1.rebus butter,air & garam sampai mendidih,matikan api.masukkan tepung dan kacau cepat sehingga menjadi doh yg x melekat.nyalakan api dan kacau rata. angkat biar suam.
2.masuk telur satupersatu sambil kacau rata( i guna whisker). masukkan dalam karung plastik segitiga.
3.tekan dgn spuit diloyang yg tlh disapu butter.bakar lebihkurang 20 minit pd suhu 200c @ sehingga kuning keemasan.sejukkan puff sebelum dimasukkan krim jagung.gunting sedikit tepi puff dan pipekan krim kedalamnye!
PUDING MENTEGA LAICI
RESIPI PUDING MENTEGA LAICI
Bahan2:
20 gm agar2 panjang
11/2 caw gula (kemanisan ikut suka)
1 tin laici -dikisar buah laici beserta jusnye)
1 tin laici- asingkan buahnye dan cincang kasar
1 tin susu cair
2 sudubesar tepung jagung (guna t.kastad pun leh gak)
sedikit garam
1.5 liter air (agak2la untuk direbus bersama agar2 diatas)
100 gm mentega
cara:
masak agar2 bersama air hingga hancur then tambah jus laici kisar tadi dan gula. masak sampai mendidih dan tambah tepungjagung yg sudah dibancuh dgn sedikit air.kacau lagi sampai mendidih then masukkan susu cair & garam.kacau rata dan tutup api. masukkan mentega (tapi jgn terlalu panas takut butter pecah minyak) dan kacau laju2 hingga sebati serta masukkan juga laici cincang kedalam agar2 tadi. masukkan kedlam acuan.sejukkan hingga beku. siap!
TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE!!
salam seme ...memandangkan this week sibuk berkerja siang ke mlm..jd i hanya dpt update resipi utk menu2 masa jamuan besday tempohari ye!
Untuk resipi brownie nih..i guna resipi my fav chef ie nigella lawson..mmg sgt yummmmyyy!!!
(These brownies are the very best delicious, the most gooey/chocolaty I have ever made. They are dense and fudgy!! i've done thisbrownie many times!)
RESIPI TRIPLE CHOC BROWNIE
Ingredients
- 3 sticks plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (lbhkurang 375 gm)
- 12 ounces best-quality bittersweet chocolate (350 gm)
- 6 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups superfine sugar (i reduced to 11/2 cup)
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate buttons, chips, or morsels
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate buttons, chips or morsels
- Approximately 2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar, for garnish
- Special equipment: Baking tin (approximately 11 1/4 inches by 9 inches by 2 inches), sides and base lined with baking parchment.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a large heavy based pan over a low heat.
In a bowl or large measuring jug, beat the eggs together with the superfine sugar and vanilla extract.
Allow the chocolate mixture to cool a little, then add the egg and sugar mixture and beat well.
Fold in the flour and salt. Then stir in the white chocolate buttons or chips, and the sem
isweet chocolate buttons or chips. Beat to combine then scrape and pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake for about 25 minutes (i baked for about 35-40 minutes though..maybe due to my oven). You can see when the brownies are ready because the top dries to a slightly paler brown speckle, while the middle remains dark, dense and gooey. Even with such a big batch you do need to keep checking on it: the difference between gooey brownies and dry ones is only a few minutes. Remember, too, that they will continue to cook as they cool.
To serve, cut into squares while still warm and pile up on a large plate, sprinkling with confectioners' sugar pushed with a teaspoon through a small sieve.( i hias dgn choc ganache!)
