KARI SARDIN SEMPOI..

Assalamualaikum..ni menu plg sempoi tp conpem sodap..bagi peminat sardin la kan..hehe!! asik2 sardin masak sambal jer..sekali sekala wat masak kari pun best gak kan!! jom kita zaas resipi yg senang nih..

Resipi Kari Sardin 
sumber - inahar's cooking time


  • 1 tin sardin (ayam Brand – 425gm) – ikan dan kuahnye 
  • sedikit halba campuran
  • 2 ulas bawang putih – kisar
  • 1 biji bawang besar - kisar
  • 1 inci halia – kisar
  • 1 bawang besar – dihiris
  • 2 cili merah/hijau – potong serong
  • setangkai daun kari
  • 2 biji kentang – buang kulit dan potong 4
  • 2-3 sudu besar serbuk kari ikan (baba's)
  • 1 sudu makan cili giling 
  • sedikit jus asam jawa – (ni ikut citarasa sendiri)
  • sedikit santan@susu cair (kita guna dalam setengah cawan utk kuah sambal yg pekat)
  • air secukupnya 
  • garam dan perisa secukup rasa
  • minyak masak
  1. Panaskan minyak dlm kuali. Tumis halba campuran, bawang potong, cili dan daun kari. Dah tumis, masukkan bahan kisar. Kacau lagi,hingga naik bau kemudian masukkan cili kisar.tumis lagi hingga sedikit garing.
  2. Masukkan serbuk kari ikan dan tumis sebentar.
  3. Masukkan ikan sardin bersama kuahnye. kacau rata. tambah santan dan air ikut kepekatan disukai.
  4. Akhir sekali masukkan jus asam jawa serta garam & perisa secukupnya. Biarkan  sebentar dan padamkan api.
