KUIH BOM PULAK DAH!!

Assalamualaikum..arini kita mengebomm pulak..hahaha!! kalu dulu wat melotups2..tp nasib baik bom yg ni payah meletop w/pun rasa kuihnye maintain meletopss..hehe!! dulu pernah wat kt sini..tp kali ni kita guna resipi yg agak berlainan dr dapur alongroz..ada campur keledek..so mmg payah nk meletop..huhuu!! suker banget..thnx ye along!! kita cnp resipi kt dapur along ye..muaah!! (habis jugak akhirnye kuguna belen inti kelapaku lam peties tuh..hehe)

RESIPI KUIH BOM
sumber- Alongroz

(Makes a dozen)
INGREDIENTS:
80g Sweet Potato
- steamed & mashed
120g Glutinous Rice Flour
20g Plain Flour
35g Castor Sugar
A pinch Salt
100ml Water
Sesame Seeds -
for rolling
Coconut/Bean Filling

METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
Divide into 12 balls.
Flatten each ball, place a ball of filling & wrap.
Roll onto sesame seeds.

2. Deep fry until golden.
Enjoy!

  9. mieza dah masak kuih ni tapi tak letak potato..meletup kak kakakaka..tp ttp sedap..len kali mieza nk cuba resepi ni lak..letak potato...ni mmg kuih peveret..mieza ni suka pulut, jd pe pe yg aa kena mengena dgn pulut terus menjadi pujaan hehehe
