TRIFLE ISTIMEWA MAT GEBU


Assalamualaikum..semalam pn doc telah mencuba resipi puding trifle istimewa dari dapur CMG..jejaka hangat di sedenak sana nun..dh lama nk try cuma tak terbuat2 jek..fuhhh..mmg benar bagai dikata oleh Mat..puding ni tersgtla mewahnye rasa..lemak berkrim rasa kastad juga whipped cream tu dilawan kan pula ngan rasa masam2 manis jelly & fruit koktel tuh..mmg mantopp!! ni mmg resipi dessert yg wajib korang cuba ek..tersangatla sedapnye..mekacehh beribu2 lemon ye Mat for sharing resipi yg meletup nih..muaaaahhhh!! jom kita zaaas resipi..izin akak cnp resipi dari dapur Mat ye! PUDING TRIFLE ISTIMEWA
resipi asal-CMG

BAHAN KEK SPONGE :-) (Pn doc tak buat sbb guna swiss roll readymade jek)
200 gram tepung optima (instant cake flour)
3 biji telur gred B
50 gram mentega, cair dan sejukkan
50 ml susu segar
1 camca teh esen vanilla


BAHAN KASTARD :-)
200 ml susu sejat IDEAL
100 ml air
2 kuning telur
2 camca besar penuh tepung kastard
4 camca besar gula atau secukup rasa
3/4 camca teh esen vanilla


BAHAN JELLY :-)
1/2 camca teh konnyaku jelly powder
Gula secukup rasa,
500 ml air
1/2 camca teh strawberry emulco
Beberapa titik pewarna merah


BAHAN LAIN :-)
1 tin besar buah2an koktel, ditoskan, asing jusnya
200 ml whipping cream (1 kotak kecil), disejukkan
Jus dari buah2an koktel tadi


CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
  1. UNTUK SPONGE CAKE :- Satukan semua bahan kecuali mentega cair dan esen vanilla, ke dalam mesin kek, putar pada kelajuan sederhana sehingga semua bahan bersatu, kemudian putar pada kelajuan tinggi hingga adunan kembang dan pekat. Masukkan mentega dan esen vanilla, kaup balik hingga adunan rata. Tuang dalam loyang 12 inci x 12 inci yang telah dialas kertas minyak dan bakar pada suhu 180C selama 20 - 25 minit (pastikan oven telah dipanaskan). Sejukkan atas jaringan bila kek masak.
  2. UNTUK KASTARD :- Satukan semua bahan kastard kecuali esen vanilla, kacau rata dan masak dengan api sederhana sambil dikacau tanpa henti hingga bancuhan menjadi pekat. Masukkan esen vanilla, kacau rata dan ketikan.
  3. UNTUK JELLY :- Satukan semua bahan2 untu jelly dalam periuk, tang gula tu pandai2 lah agak, tapi jangan manis sangat, manis lite2 sudah cukup yea. Kacau rata dengan whisk dan jerang hingga mendidih dan gila hancur, kacau hingga sebati. Ketepikan dan biar sejuk sedikit.
  4. UNTUK TRIFLE :- Sediakan bekas sesuai, potong kek sponge tadi, bagi kepada 2 bahagian dan susun 1 bahagian seperti dalam gambar. Basahkan kek sponge tadi dengan jus buah koktel. Sementara itu putar whipping cream hingga kembang dan kental, jangan terlebih putar. Lapiskan whipping cream tadi atas kek. Tabur 1/2 bahagian buah2an koktel tadi.
  5. Susun lebihan kek atas buah2an koktel tadi. Basahkan dengan jus. Tuang kastard suam atasnya dan ratakan dengan spatula. Biar sejukk sekejap. Tabur baki buah2 tadi, rata. Dan akhir sekali, sendukkan jelly cair atasnya hingga memenuhi ruang seperti dalam gambar. Simpan dalam peti ais hingga jelly membeku.. sedap dihidangkan dingin...hnmmm..
