APPLE MUFFIN


Salam bersiaran kembali setelah seminggu x berasap dapurku..spt besela tuanrumah sibuk bertugas sampai malam tiap hari(thnx a lot kpd pengunjung setia yg x jemu2 mai melawat dapurku ini walaupun tuanrumah xder..hehe!) okayla..ni br stat cuti kembali!! arini kita layan muffin epal yg sedap banget..soft & moist gitu!! kalu dulu selalu guna resipi chef wan kt sini tp kali nih try resipi kt dapur cikgu dzana lak! resipi asal oleh kim marie..kita cnp resipi dr umah cikgu ye!! thanx a million for sharing this nice recipe..jom zaass resipinye!!

RESIPI MUFFIN EPAL

Ingredients

220 g self-raising flour (used plain flour+2tsp baking powder+11/2 tsp cinnamon powder)
1/2 - 3/4 cup vegetable oil ( 1/2 cawan butter cair..)

3/4 cup buttermilk or regular milk (guna susu segar+1biji jus lemon+zest)

1/2-3/4 cup caster sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

150 g added flavours (frozen raspberries, dark/milk/white choc bits, grated apple, mashed banana) (guna epal hijau parut 2 biji+
1 biji epal potong kiub kecil)

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Grease muffin tins or use liners.
3. Mix all dry ingredients together and make a well.
4. Mix all wet ingredients together and pour into the well.
5. Add flavourings and mix well until just combined.
6. Place in tins and bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. (mine took about 25 minutes)
